Your use of the T Salon website and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of the following terms, conditions and notices. T Salon reserves the right to change or modify the terms, conditions, and notices without prior notice.

Privacy
At T Salon, we are committed to you, to protecting your privacy, and keeping your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, contact information, credit card information, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We absolutely do not share your information with third parties.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. T Salon reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Methods of Payment
RETAIL –We accept credit cards, Apple Pay or Paypal for online payment of retail orders.
WHOLESALE – There is a $300 minimum order for wholesale purchases. For wholesale orders, we accept credit cards, Zelle, and company checks in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt of a cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy
We ship by UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and trucking. Order size and delivery location determine which shipping method will be used. Shipping fees are either $10.00 per order, or $5.00 per item. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday until 5pm.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Products will ship as they become available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Return Policy
Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your T Salon purchase so we can try to assist you.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 10 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.
Tea is a food product, so we can not accept returns.
